Constitution
The purpose of The Monimail Woodland Group is to purchase, maintain and develop woodland through sustainable practices, within the local parish of Monimail.
Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the aims of the Monimail Woodland Group.
There will be an annual membership fee of £5.
Members will be informed of all meetings and events, receive minutes of all meetings if they wish, and have voting rights.
The management committee of Monimail Woodland Group will comprise of Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and members.
Meetings will be called when needed and can be requested by any member.
3 weeks notice will be given to all members for AGM.
In the event of Monimail Woodland Group dissolving all money and assets will be transferred to Monimail Community Council.
